{a little of this. a little of that}

the other day my sister-in-law accused me  jokingly made a statement about how i only blog about my diy projects now.  well, she got me on that one!

i think i look at blogging as a creative outlet just for me.  and i look at doing little projects the same way.  so really it is only natural that i would blog about the projects that i have been working on right?

but all that said i will try to post more family happenings and just the general goings on around here. and there is no time life the present right?

here some recent shots of graham. it blows my mind that he is over nine months old now.

i took graham for his nine month well visit appt. yesterday and he checked out just perfect.  i wasn't too surprised that weight wise he is only in the three percentile.  apparently we grow them small around here!  i was kind of shocked that he is in the seventy-two percentile for height though.  i thought he was getting a little long.

he is still army crawling and has recently starting getting on all fours and crawling a few paces.  this past weekend he started waving bye, bye and when you say, "TOUCHDOWN!" he throws both of his hands straight up in the air.  i love that he doesn't say "momma" or da da" but he can pretend to be a goal post.

well enough with the family recap post already. i am off to join noah for a thanksgiving feast at his pre-school.  {if you ask me the words feast and 10:45 a.m. should not be in the same sentence.  looks like i will be eating turkey for brunch today.  yum!}

after that we are headed home to clean because my little brother is flying into ATL tonight to spend a few days with us. WOO HOO!!!!! i am so excited.  i can.  hardly stand it.  we haven't seen my brother since last christmas and he has yet to meet little grammy. should be some good times around here this week.
