{yard sale goodies}

on saturday we were out running errands when i spotted a yard sale sign.  i sweet talked the hubs into making a u-turn so we could go check out the sale despite the fact that we only had $4 in cash with us.


boy am i ever glad we stopped!  at the first sale we snagged this little tykes push mower for noah for $2.00.   i have been on the look out for a mower so i was glad to finally find one. {just last week noah was outside pushing his little dirt devil around the lawn while hubs was out mowing.  you can see why we needed a mower! }

we also bought a melissa and doug wooden puzzle for a $1.00.  we don't have any big knob puzzles and they are perfect for graham's age.  you can see graham already loves it!

when i was paying the lady told me her daughter lived around the corner and was also having a sale.  we headed over there and man oh man did we hit the jackpot.  we came home with tons of nice shoes.  you just can't pass up keen's, crocs, and merrills all for $2-$3 a pair. 

  

        

how cute are these little cloth crocs for grammy?  i had never seen any of these before.

we also scored a few clothing items for the boys and a mickey mouse racetrack for noah.  the racetrack ispretty neat and noah loves it.  as in he has been playing with it for three days straight loves it.  

 in case you are wondering, no we did not score all of this great loot for $4.00.  as soon as i saw all the shoes i made hubs go retrieve some cash from the nearest atm.  we paid just $23 for everything which isn't bad considering the merril's and keen's retail for $40.00 a pop.
