Just so you know we (military spouses) don't love deployments or the months and years apart. But we love our soldier, sailor, airman. It certainly doesn't make the time apart any picnic. In our household it is when the car breaks down or some such. We marry our loves to be with them not to be apart otherwise there would be no point in marrying. So just know you are normal.

You ARE cut out for this military wife thing. YOU ARE AMAZING. It's hard. IT is. Keep giving yourself pep talks... DON'T feel bad for complaining ~ and don't compare yourself to wives who face deployment. You can do this...and you will. Keep talking to us ~ we support you!
